If your insurance company or EAP is not listed above, let me know and we can discuss additional options.  If you do decide to use your insurance, please contact them to find out the details of your coverage before you make an appointment.  

Full fee for initial assessment is $130; For individual, couples and family therapy 60 minute sessions are $130 and 45 minute sessions are $100.  

 Co-payments/Co-insurance and deductibles are due at the time services are rendered.  Charges may be billed to your insurance company, however, any charges not covered by the insurance company are the responsibility of the client. 

Reduced Fees: Reduced Fees are available on a limited basis. 

Payments accepted: Cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.

Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a No Show fee of $60

Mediation Services: Mediation is not covered by insurance. Full fee for services range between $250 and $300.
